The lazy, hazy days of summer are seen in soft focus in this fashion feature from long-time collaborators Janine Metcalfe and Jeffrey Bosdet. The YAM photographer scouted the perfect location for the shoot while stylist Metcalfe sourced local looks for models Pedro and Samantha.
“It felt like the perfect opportunity to showcase men and women’s wear,” says Metcalfe, “especially since we’re seeing a plethora of new stores open in the last few years.” The fashion story for this feature was a soft, earthy, natural palette complemented by equally soft lines and fabrics.
“I’ve spend many years in cottage country in Ontario, so a weekend at the cottage, lake or beach felt like the perfect vibe for this feature,” notes Metcalfe, “and our looks match that very relaxed approach.”
