Now you can savour all it offers in a new cookbook, Okanagan Eats: Signature Chefs’ Recipes from British Columbia’s Wine Valleys, by Dawn Postnikoff and YAM editor Joanne Sasvari. To celebrate its launch, one lucky winner will win a copy of the book and two exceptional experiences from establishments featured in it:
