Victoria choreographer Constance Cooke’s newest work “Liminal” premiers this Friday, February 20 at the Metro Theatre and runs until Saturday, February 21.
Liminal is a 50-minute exploration of the ‘space between.’ This contemporary performance features installation art, 12-feet-tall projected images and professional dancers from across Canada: Kayla Henry (Calgary), Mark Sawh Medrano (Montreal), Brett Owen (Winnipeg) and Renée Sigouin (Vancouver). The work features and original score by Shirley Grierson and hand-held video projections by Pamela Millar.
