Peter Zambri and D’Arcy Ladret first met at Sooke Harbour House, where Zambri was chef (he’s now proprietor of Zambri’s restaurant) and Ladret was a teenage dishwasher (he’s now a food technologist with over 25 years of experience in developing consumer packaged goods).
